How much is residential service?

• Residential Service is $60 a quarter (3 months). Within this price, we will deliver a residential trash can to your home. Our truck comes by once a week, and one of our Deep South Sanitation Route Technicians will dump your can. As always, we will leave the can sitting neatly at the edge of your property. There are no hidden fees in our pricing.

When and where do I place Deep South Sanitation can for pick up?

• Trash cans should be placed by the street the night before your pick up. 

• Cans must be places no farther than 2-3 feet away from the street with the lid opening facing the street. Make sure the trash can is at least 3 feet away from any obstacle such as mailboxes, cars, trees, bushes, fences and other trash cans.

What items are not allowed in my Deep South Sanitation can?

• Items not allowed in our trash cans: Ashes of any kind, medical waste, paint, paint thinner, solvents, batteries, tires, automotive oil or parts, toilet or drain cleaners, explosive materials, dirt, concrete, brick, rocks, pesticides, anti-freeze, propane tanks of any kind, ammunition, human waste, dead animals, construction debris.

Can I sit extra trash beside my can?

• All garbage must be in the trash can, the only garbage that will be collected will be trash that is in the can. 

• If you need to schedule a bulk pick up call our office.
